Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. We will notify you of the estimated delivery date when you place your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Within Canada):
    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.
    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after processing.
    • Expedited shipping is available and typically takes 1-3 business days after processing.
  • International Shipping:
    • We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
    • Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days.
    • Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
  • Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances may occur. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Restricted Items: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination. If your order includes restricted items, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@anajluxecandleco.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
